If you need jaw surgery and you are anywhere close to Seattle, go with Dr. Dhaliwal. I needed jaw surgery twice to treat my sleep apnea (first maxillary expansion, then MMA double jaw surgery), and both times I drove four hours to have Dr. Dhaliwal do it. I am very thankful to Dr. Dhaliwal for the excellent results. After maxillary expansion, I could breathe so much better through my nose, and MMA has enabled me to finally get off my dreaded CPAP machine. It is amazing to breathe freely at night for the first time in years. I consulted with what some might consider "bigger names" for the MMA surgery, but in the end I felt most comfortable and confident with Dr. Dhaliwal. I am a physicist who has done a deep dive into the sleep apnea literature myself, and I had lots of questions for everyone I consulted with. While many doctors grow uncomfortable with extensive technical questions, Dr. Dhaliwal seemed to enjoy them, and he always answered every one, even if it put him behind schedule for the rest of the day. Right now, Dr. Dhaliwal isn't as well known as some others within the jaw surgery world, but I think that is because he enjoys others kinds of maxillofacial surgery as well, and therefore doesn't perform exclusively jaw surgeries. But in my humble opinion he deserves to be listed right alongside the other top names--and certainly at the very top in Seattle.

It would be hard to intimidate me; but Adara Clinic came close. The surroundings are very pleasant & welcoming & the staff (all inclusive) were so organized & knowledgeable and the Clinic was run like a finely tuned Swiss watch. My compliments to Dr Dhaliwal for providing painless & experienced procedures. Thank you all!

It all went smoothly. He's not very generous with pain medication, but I lived through it. He then prescribed a numbing mouth rinse which really helps. I could have used it earlier . The staff there is kind, as is the surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery, but get enough painkillers to last a week.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dhaliwali and his team. I was referred to him after learning that a tooth with a root canal from years ago had developed an internal infection and needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. From my very first appointment, Dr. Dhaliwali and his staff were professional, welcoming, and compassionate. I shared that I have PTSD from past dental experiences where I experienced significant pain and felt my concerns were dismissed. Instead of brushing that aside, they listened, understood my anxiety, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout every step of the process. After my tooth extraction, Dr. Dhaliwali took the time to clearly explain what to expect during healing and the next stages of treatment. His office followed up to make sure I was recovering well, and I appreciated the timely reminders for my post-operative appointments. When it came time for the implant procedure, I received the same level of care, patience, and reassurance that I experienced during my first surgery. I have now been released back to my regular dentist to complete the final restoration, and I sincerely hope I won't need oral surgery again. However, if I ever do, I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Dhaliwali. i never had any work done by de hardeep but i came to the clinic for a consultation on jaw surgery. i found him and the clinic to be really professional and efficient. dr hardeep never rushed me or made my concerns seem trivial (which is unfortunately so often the case with doctors) and i never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. i feel like a good surgeon not only recommends what you need but dissuades you from what you don’t and that was totally him!

My daughter who just turned 15 got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous about all of it said everyone she encountered was so nice and made her feel really comfortable:)

My experience was five stars and the staff and Dr Dhaliwal were phenomenal.

I am a retired Oral Maxillofacial surgeon and when I needed couple dental implants couple years ago my dentist referred me to Dr. Dhaliwal. At our consultation I was impressed with Dr. Dhaliwal his attention to detail, diagnostic skill, clear explanation and bedside manner. Then I was again impressed by his surgical skills and execution of the procedure from beginning to end. Something I have done for 34 years before I retired so I know and have higher than normal expectations. The two implants he did on me are for a lower anterior 4-unit bridge that were immediately implanted at the time of extraction of my failing teeth. Bone graft and periodontal gum procedures were also performed to make the outcome strong, functional and esthetic, no black triangles and no black spaces that would have looked ugly and trapped food. It has been more than two years now the implants with good oral hygiene are functioning well and looking great, practically unchanged. I am very impressed with Dr. Hardeep Dhaliwal.

This is my review for the staff and the consultation with Dr Dhaliwal. The staff, from the receptionist, the nurse to the financial advisor, were all helpful and welcoming, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I am scheduled for two implants and Dr Dhaliwal assured me he sees no impediment to getting it done successfully. And it was done with minimum of pain post surgery. Thank you, Dr Dhaliwal Further thanks to Dr Dhaliwal and Joy for abutments to the dental implants. It was a little uncomfortable but bearable. I believe I am recovered now a week later and ready for the crowning.

After putting off dealing with two broken and decayed molars for far too long, I was referred to Dr. Dhaliwal for extractions and implants. My procrastination was due to some pretty extreme anxiety after a really bad dental experience many years ago in the military. Thankfully, my initial exam and consultation with Dr. Dhaliwal, during which he clearly explained the procedure and answered all my questions, did much to reset my negative expectations. The staff at Adara has also been great to work with, from helping me and my wife to understand and navigate insurance, coordinating with my PCP for pre-op tests, and making the day of surgery far less intimidating than expected. The surgery team members were not only well-practiced and capable, but also very personable, explaining every step and answering my questions right up to my 'dozing off' for the procedure. Now one week after my procedure, my post-op experience has been far better than anticipated. I expected several days of significant discomfort, but following Dr. Dhaliwal's prescribed regimen of just ibuprofen and acetaminophen, I've had NO PAIN, whatsoever. Of course, every patient's circumstances are unique, but based on my interactions with the staff, the treatment I received from Dr. Dhaliwal, and the outcome of my procedure, I give Adara my highest recommendation and thanks!

I've had three extractions and implants going back over 20 years before my fourth with Dr. Dhaliwal at Adara in January 2026. Though I was happy with the first three, Dr. Dhaliwal was by far the best, for several reasons. For instance, where the first three required two surgeries each, one for the extraction and one for the implant, Dr. Dhaliwal performed both in one session. They put me out like a light with general anesthesia, and when I woke up about an hour later, there was NO PAIN (though some mild throat irritation from suctioning that went away a few days later)! Indeed, I've had no pain since (over two weeks running now). The facility itself was simply awesome, with a great staff (everyone from the front desk to those assisting with the surgery) who took exceptional care of me, on top of Dr. Dhaliwal's terrific bedside manner (I didn't feel like just another patient). I also must give a shoutout to the Operations and Accounts team who worked with me (patiently I might add) to optimize my financial situation. I could say more, yet the bottom line is that Dr. Dhaliwal and Adara are now my go-to if I ever again require an extraction and/or implant. Indeed, I highly recommend them, and already have, to friends.

They took great care of me! From the front desk though my surgery everyone was great. The Anesthesiologist who put me to sleep explained everything he was doing. The nurse was kind and efficient. The Surgeon made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen. I fell asleep and when I woke up everything was done and I was ready to go home. I came to Dr. Dhaliwal for help fixing my jaw pain, as the camouflage orthodontics I had as a teenager only masked the issue. Long story short I am very pleased with the functional and aesthetic results so far and have had no more TMJ pain in addition to improved breathing. My case ended up needing double jaw surgery with additional vertical cuts in the top jaw, all of which was explained in detail to me by the team. After some scheduling/insurance back and forth, I had the surgery 4 months ago it went as planned. Follow-ups after the surgery were fairly regular and they even got me in with another doctor when mine was on vacation. The initial recovery weeks weren't pleasant, as expected for jaw surgery. I was rubber banded shut for 6 weeks (longer than most due to my more complex case) before switching to soft chew for 4 weeks. For the past month I have been able to eat everything I did before and have had no more TMJ pain. I have also noticed my breathing has been much better (I was a mouth breather before). Aesthetically, Dr Dhaliwal did a fantastic job. Even though I'm still dealing with some residual swelling/numbness, I love my new side profile and am excited to see the final results in a few months time.

I started seeing Dr. Dolan for the issue that was a mystery for the rest of my medical team. The whole team at Adara Surgical Institute is really good to work with both the front desk and medical staff are great. When I told them to write "WHIMP" on my chart they were understanding of my anxiety around the situation. Back to Dr. Dolan specifically. She. Is. Awesome! First thing I noticed is that she listened to what was going on at home and what I had tried care wise that wasn't working. Dr. Dolan gave me a clear understanding plan of her plan action that started, explaining my options first and all the next steps if things progressed. We took our special need daughter to Adara Surgical Institute as per a referral from her dentist for possible dental implant. Dr. Dhaliwal staff managed to get our daughter's digital x-rays, which is a monumental task by itself. Dr. Dhaliwal examined her teeth and advised against the implant. Any other surgeon would have gladly agreed to do the implant and make lot of money. But not Dr. Dhaliwal. He explained why it was not necessary and sent us home. My wife & I noticed a wall full of his degrees in medical & dental area. I believe there is not a surgeon in the world who has this many degrees & certifications in his field. We also believe he is very caring, loving and trustworthy who would what is right for his patients. We highly recommend him if you want a well qualified surgeon and a down to earth human.

Dr. Nolan extracted my back tooth under local numbing anesthetic and I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. Several decades ago, I had my wisdom teeth removed by a different dentist and it was not fun back then. Therefore, I was apprehensive this time around. But Dr. Nolan and her team where top-notch. My sister-in-law was the patient who was to see Dr.Dhaliwal. I didn't have any conversation with the doctor about her procedure. Sayoko received her two lower gum implants on July 24 and is now recuperating after her surgery, Of course there has been some pain in her mouth but she is getting better every day and is now looking forward to her next visit to have her stiches removed.

Wow, this was a fantastic experience. I made a same-day-emergency appointment with Dr. Dolan. Since the second I called and requested an appointment with her, Amanda was super helpful and kind getting me scheduled. She was able to fit me in same day. I was in SO MUCH pain I was crying on and off. I had seen a dentist the day before that wanted to do extra work that I did not feel was required. After doing some online intake forms I headed over to Adara for my appointment. Brooked, the surgical assistant, was SO kind and sweet. She was very thorough and professional, but immediately put me at ease. Dr. Dolan consulted with me about my issue and quickly determined the best course of care, and I agreed. Literally minutes later I was numb and my tooth was out! I was so relieved. This place is 10/10 amazing. If you need any oral surgery, definitely make an appointment with Dr. Dolan. I was continually reassured through my tooth extraction, she let me know each step she was on, and was so kind through it all. If I need my bottom two wisdom teeth out eventually, this is where I'll go! Oh, and I got to keep my little tooth. Brooke wrapped it in a velvet bag like it was a little jewel. Thanks to the team at Adara for the amazing service. I feel so much better.

Dr.Dolan did my extractions for wisdoms. She was so kind and understanding and did a great job explaining everything! Pre operation she came to me and checked up and was so wonderful and did a great job. Currently 2.5 weeks post operation and I feel amazing and am recovering so wonderfully!

Excellent care by all surgical staff, especially Dr.Dhaliwal, for "intermediate oral surgery." During my consultation, he was very patient and clear in what he was going to do, what the risks were, and what my post-op would entail. ALL OR staff were excellent, from Med Asst staff and Nurse Anesthetist. Only annoyance was confusion by billing staff re preauthorization, and repeated texts and emails re my appt and show times for the procedure. Ultimately, I called the office the day before to confirm what my exact "show" time was. Unfortunately, medical offices are using third party notification services that can be repetitive, annoying, and incorrect. Highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal!

Both of my boys had their wisdom teeth removed at Adara, about a year apart. I did not have a great experience as a teen so I was more nervous than they were. Everyone at Adara were great; from the initial tele consults, scheduling appts, check ins on surgery day to post op procedures, it all went very smoothly and was stress free for us all.
