Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you.  There are many ways to pay for the care you need at Adara Surgical Institute.

  2. Cash Discounts – You will receive a discount on some procedures by paying cash upfront. (personal checks excluded)
  3. Credit Cards – We accept all major credit cards for payment.
  4. CareCredit: Apply for CareCredit healthcare financing online ( or in our office, we can help coordinate.


Some surgery procedures may be partially covered by your dental or medical  insurance, please call our office to learn more. We can help you understand what is included and we will bill your insurance company for you. Please understand that ultimately you will be responsible for any fees that are not covered by your dental or medical insurance.

We submit dental and/or  medical insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Insurance belongs to you, the patient, and as such, it is your responsibility to understand your coverage. We will give you an estimate of the out of pocket cost based upon the information we have regarding your plan but please keep in mind that it is only an estimate. All final balances that remain are your responsibility to pay regardless of the estimate provided.

Adara Surgical Institute is an in-network provider for the following dental insurance providers. If you don’t see your insurance on the list, please call our office for more information. We typically can bill many insurance providers, even if we are not in the network.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
